KIKS

During this refresher course you will get acquainted with KIKS, a STEM project on artificial intelligence, focusing on secondary education mathematics, as the foundation of neural networks. In Dutch, KIKS stands for Artificial Intelligence, Climate Change, Stomata and makes the link between biology, climate change and neural networks. In this way students learn to understand the possibilities and challenges of artificial intelligence. Developer of the KIKS project, mathematics teacher and STEM coordinator at Sint-Bavohumaniora Gent, Natacha Gesquière will be delivering this workshop. This in-service training (Dutch spoken) is organised in collaboration with Muntpunt and is part of the series AI in the classroom, consisting of three separate sessions for each subject area.
