DIY Deepfaking History

“He who controls the past controls the future.” This famous quote by George Orwell is the starting point of this continuing education on artificial intelligence and historical manipulation. Pieter van Boheemen, an expert in biological technologies, has a fascination for Deepfakes. These are images, sounds and texts manipulated by AI. During this workshop you will learn how to use AI for the creation and detection of Deepfakes, and how to integrate this into History and Economics. This training (Dutch spoken) is organized in collaboration with Muntpunt and is part of the series AI in the classroom, consisting of three separate sessions for each subject area.
