In education, there is a strong focus placed on science, technology, engineering and math. Too often, however, a creative and critical-thinking component is missing. It is exactly this connection between science, technology, math, engineering and creativity that lays the foundation for innovation.
For Gluon, the promotion of a creative extracurricular youth program incredibly important. That’s why we organise the STARTS Academy every Wednesday afternoon in Fablab Brussels, the Gluon Labs during the school vacations, and pop-up demonstrations in schools, cultural centers and public spaces. Science, technology and artistic experiences form the basis for all our educational projects.
Gluon Education works closely with the Erasmushogeschool in Anderlecht, Fablab Brussels, Open Biolab Jette, BOZAR, Muntpunt, and JCW, among others.
